Evelyn Place started off as a standard brick and tile unit but was transformed through the clients brief and DSOL’s vision for what could be accomplished. PVC joinery was used together with a Sto plaster exterior cladding system.

An extra bedroom was added and a dedicated office/bedroom on the clients request. Skylights were added here for natural light and to avoid windows looking directly into the neighbours.

Polished floors, a unique sliding barn door and attic stairs and storage were all added to make this unit a truly wonderful family home.
